A detailed fantasy city-state setting for use as a home base in roleplaying campaigns. It describes nearly 450 buildings, four major complexes, and around one hundred businesses and professions, including shipbuilders, outfitters, armorers, inns, and sorcerers. Romantic intrigue, secret societies, family connections, and the agents of Baron Bogardis IV shape the city’s politics. Gamemasters can draw on its residents, locations, subplots, and random encounters to develop adventures involving lovers, thieves, thugs, eccentric figures, and other inhabitants.
