Cavern of the Star Shard (PF2)
A fallen star crashes into the hills near a quiet barony, causing animals and people to behave strangely. Adventurers investigate the disturbance and descend into dangerous crystalline caverns beneath the earth. The adventure combines exploration, investigation, combat, and environmental hazards. Encounters change in response to the party’s choices and discoveries, with original creatures, starmarked beasts, the deadly refraction phenomenon, and a new Star Shard magic item. Designed for 5th-level characters, it can be played as a four- to six-hour one-shot, side quest, or campaign interlude.
