Cities of Venus: Lost Contact

Floating cities on Venus compete for resources and growth after communication with Earth is lost. Players govern a city by growing and deploying its population, mining resources, managing shields, resolving events, and installing upgrades delivered in Drops from Earth. The game ends when the final Drop arrives, and victory points come from population, resources, upgrades, and bonuses for leading in key areas.
