In a rainy, enigmatic metropolis, player characters are modern-day legends investigating unsolved cases, uncovering residents’ stories, and confronting hidden forces behind the Mist. Characters balance their Mythos and Logos—the supernatural identities and ordinary lives they embody—making choices that shape their development and consequences. The core rulebook includes character and crew creation, the roll-and-tags system, rules for statuses, Clues, Juice, Mysteries, and Identities, and guidance for cinematic moves and crew relationships. It also provides the MC with tools for running sessions and creating cases, characters, locations, dangers, and story arcs, along with examples, optional rules, and setting material.
