A complete campaign module set in the world of Haven, detailing the inhabitants, shops, and places of interest in the exotic city of Zal' Akhen. It includes a detailed city map, dozens of shop and NPC descriptions, encounter tables, and two introductory scenarios for extended urban adventures. The module uses the Thieves' Guild rules system but is compatible with any major fantasy role-playing system. It can be used independently or alongside other campaign packs.
