It presents the conflict in a rolling format, following the turmoil, isolation, and emerging developments affecting each faction. Framework rules support Classic BattleTech and Classic BattleTech RPG campaigns set anywhere in the Inner Sphere during this period. The volume reprints Dawn of the Jihad and Jihad Hot Spots: 3070, with only errata changes.
