A conversion kit that adapts the classic real-estate board into a cooperative experience about housing justice. Players work together to dismantle luxury developments, create community projects, and build tiny homes while managing resources and shared threats. The kit replaces competitive mechanics with collaborative rules: players negotiate actions, pool money and influence, complete objectives across the board, and respond to escalating events that hinder housing efforts. Victory and loss depend on collective decisions rather than individual wealth, emphasizing teamwork and strategic planning.
