It includes complete TO&Es for the Soviet VDV and US 3rd Infantry Division, with rules for helicopters, transport aircraft, gunships, tanks, and other airborne support. A linked scenario section covers VDV and Spetznatz forces seizing a nuclear power station before the 8th Guards Army crosses the Inner German Border.
