Combat Essentials 1: Critical Matters
A combat supplement containing more than 1,700 unique critical effects for use in roleplaying games. Rather than applying simple damage, attacks can stun characters, inflict permanent injuries, or kill outright, with results tailored to different damage types. The tables add detailed and unpredictable consequences to battles, including outcomes that allow an underdog to prevail.
