Rumors of a deadly disease spread through Salinmoor, leaving the region on edge. Characters set out on a final journey to uncover a way to survive the outbreak and prevent a horrible death. This one-round Living Greyhawk Keoland regional adventure is designed for characters of levels 1–6.
