Decadent Town (2.0 - OSR)
A system-neutral urban setting supplement for adding detail to decadent towns in an OSR campaign. It provides four random tables covering the town’s sights and sounds, sample businesses, notable people encountered around town, and adventure hooks, complications, and opportunities. Each table offers ready-to-use details for customizing settlements and giving player characters reasons to explore them.
