A 24-page diegetic supplement for the Mothership Sci-Fi Horror RPG, presented as a record of paranormal encounters, threats, and visions recovered from the Nakatomi Corporate Intelligence Division. It includes a generator for creating paranormal encounters and twists, ten eyewitness accounts describing unknown creatures, four NCID rogue agents with their own agendas, and ten extranormal artifacts with unique effects that can be manipulated or destroyed. Atmospheric illustrations accompany the entries throughout.
