A bestiary for a radioactive desert on the terraformed moon of Xanathos, where bizarre technology, corrupt cities, ancient ruins, strange creatures, and devious mutants populate the remains of a shattered empire. It presents 32 creatures and mutants across 40 stat blocks, compatible with Old-School Essentials. Entries include loot and harvest tables, mutations and modifications, wares, notable NPCs, and random encounters, along with guidance for mutating SRD creatures. Encounter tables cover barren, deadzone, oasis, desert, settled, and ruined environments.
