Dwellings of Eldervale: Oracle Hex Tile

A Ruin realm tile that lets a player place a Unit to purchase one Adventure card or gain one Magic card, increasing access to cards and supporting additional engine building. It may extend the game by allowing players to gain cards without drawing a tile from the Realm Stack.
