An age of magic has returned after the Scourge, when astral Horrors drove the peoples of the world underground. Humans, elves, dwarves, trolls, orks, t'skrang, windlings, and obsidimen now reclaim the lands of Barsaive alongside fantastic beasts and the threats that remain. This rules supplement expands character and Game Master options beyond Eighth Circle. It introduces new challenges, Talents, Knacks, and other tools for exploring the setting, confronting the surviving Horrors, and protecting communities from enslavement and danger.
