El tesoro de San Borondón

A balloon expedition lands on a mythical island to locate a hidden treasure and return to the airship before a volcanic eruption swallows the land. Players cooperate to explore a modular island built from 49 reversible tiles and 10 map fragments, managing a shared pool of 12 inventory items and resolving randomized event cards. On a turn a player moves up to three tiles, reveals an event, then takes an action such as using or trading items, helping another explorer, or dealing with hazards. Each round ends with the placement of a lava tile, creating a timed survival challenge as the team must reach the treasure and escape.
