Eleven: Stadium Expansion

Develop the Stadium into a cultural center for the whole city with 50 new cards and 24 custom-shaped Infrastructure tiles. Add new Sponsors and Staff members, build new elements, and host concerts and national team matches. The expansion also includes new Objective, Staff, Sponsor, and Board Meeting cards linked to its Infrastructure tiles.
