In a newly independent Seattle, rival factions compete for control while spies, smugglers, hackers, criminals, and rebels pursue their own agendas. Players take on shadowrunners seeking influence and advancement in a city caught between powerful enemies. The game focuses on choosing sides, manipulating competing interests, and taking on dangerous work while maintaining the balance that keeps Seattle free. Alliances shift as players work with or against the city’s factions to establish themselves in the shadows.
