Fallout: Wasteland Warfare – Institute Wave Card Game Expansion Pack

New forces and factions emerge across the wasteland as the Institute deploys synths and covert operations teams, while the Brotherhood of Steel, Super Mutants, Survivors, and unusual allies prepare for further conflict. This card pack contains rules for the Institute Wave’s units, weapons, and equipment, along with AI cards, chems, mods, events, dangers, and more. It includes cards for Institute forces, Elder Maxon and Captain Kells, the Order of the Shield, Super Mutant Overlord and Fist, T-51 Power Armour, Vault Personnel, Unusual Allies, and additional expansions.
