Feats: Going Mental
A self-contained booster pack for the ADASTRA setting, focused on feats and abilities. It provides the information needed to use these options in play, including rules for counters granted by certain feats and abilities. Counters remain with a character until an event dismisses them, and counters with the same name stack regardless of their source. The DM may dismiss counters as needed.
