Federation & Empire: Civil Wars

An expansion that adds rules and scenarios for internal conflicts and a peculiar frontier region in the Star Fleet Universe. It supplements the core rulebook with mechanics for conducting civil wars, era-specific play for the Middle Years, and detailed ship data for the WYN Cluster. The WYN Cluster receives special handling due to its compact territory and unusual distances, which affect movement and combat rules for ships and fighters. Five ready-made scenarios cover invasions and internal wars—including multiple Lyran conflicts, a Romulan Republic vs. Imperial Romulans civil war, and a second Kzinti civil war—designed to be played with the base rulebook and required countersheets.
