Federation & Empire: F & E Module 1 – Special Operations

This expansion adds Stasis Field Generators, electronic warfare, light tugs and tug pods, and auxiliary carriers to the strategic space warfare system. It also includes the Koval’s Lightning and Thunder Over Kzintai scenarios, with new fleet charts, setup charts, counters, and a special scenario map.
