Federation Commander: Romulan Attack

Includes new vessel counters, ship logs and scenario packets that integrate with the base game’s rules, expanding force options and mission variety for both Romulan and Federation forces. Players command individual ships, manage power and systems, plot movement and resolve combat using the series’ record-sheet-driven mechanics and scenario objectives.
