A promo Disaster card that makes offshore sailing hazardous by introducing calm spells, piracy, or violent storms and shipwrecks to the Offshore area. Players draw or resolve the card during play to alter naval conditions, potentially grounding fleets, triggering pirate raids, or causing ships to be lost and resources to shift among coastal holdings.
