A futuristic role-playing sourcebook for TOP SECRET/S.I., set in Chicago in 1998 as corporate powers and espionage agencies compete for control of information. The setting includes terrorists, crime lords, computer criminals, telepathic gangs, cyborgs, advanced weapons, powered armor, computer-controlled vehicles, and gravity-effect craft. The book provides campaign material, new skills, devices, and equipment, along with a ready-made team of allies or opponents who can serve as player characters or non-player characters. Their missions involve espionage, crime, technology, and conflicts between the forces of good and evil.
