This supplement expands medical care and injury in science-fiction roleplaying, covering trauma surgery, recovery from deadly wounds, and harsher injuries during character creation. It adds critical hits with severe effects, cyborg conversion through biomechanical replacements, and advanced bio-regeneration capable of restoring damaged bodies or even reviving the dead.
