Humanity struggles to retain its grip on reality as enhanced soldiers, cyberware, genetic manipulation, and strange science spread through the Secret War. The book provides an alternate, Mythos-fuelled history compatible with Call of Cthulhu Sixth Edition and Savage Worlds Deluxe Edition, along with rules for adding cybernetic and biological enhancements to wartime campaigns. It also includes a 33-page adventure set in 1941, playable by characters from either the World War Two era or the far future.
