Gadget Guide: Installations
This guide presents a catalog of installations for Mutants & Masterminds, including heroic headquarters, villainous lairs, hidden caves, arctic fortresses, urban towers, and sanctums. It combines effects and modifiers from the Hero’s Handbook to provide ready-to-use locations and examines concepts related to creating, using, finding, and breaching these headquarters during play.
