Galaxy Eater
An incorporeal cosmic entity tears through gateways into the world and feeds on the dwindling sanity of those who encounter it. It can manifest in caves, dungeons, or city streets, confronting adventurers with visions of horror rather than physical attacks. Players explore the affected location, face the creature’s psychological assault, and try to survive as it follows them and steadily drains their sanity.
