GURPS Supers
A superhero roleplaying setting and toolkit for creating costumed heroes, villains, and other super-powered characters in a realistic modern world. Characters are defined by their abilities, limitations, identities, and personalities, with rules and guidance for powers, combat, and campaign design. The setting includes background for the original IST campaign, in which the International Super Teams organization coordinates heroes from around the world against criminal masterminds, disasters, and super-powered threats. The material supports campaigns ranging from street-level crimefighting to large-scale conflicts.
