Happy City: Tour de contrôle de Rudolph

This promo card is a special red building that has specific build requirements: two yellow buildings and two green buildings must already be present. At the end of the game the card triggers a bonus: draw three building cards from the specified range (6/7/8/9) and add one of them to the city, even if it becomes an eleventh card.
