Hel's Crow's Final Rest
A fishing hamlet burns as its people lie dead in the streets, while a dragonship waits offshore. Its grim passenger watches the candlelight still burning in the partially submerged shrine to the sea god. This short, open-ended scenario for 4–6 low-level fantasy roleplaying characters emphasizes negotiation, trickery, and moral decisions over combat. It is designed for early fantasy roleplaying games and their descendants.
