Heroic Abilities
An expansion for the Fuzion system that develops its superpower and mental ability rules. It expands the base Super Powers Plug-In with a broader set of power modifiers, including Adders and Limiters, along with mechanics adapted from the Hero System. The rules support detailed power creation for superheroic characters, combining material from Hero and Interlock with additional revisions and new options developed for Fuzion. The system is designed to function independently while retaining compatibility with the core rules.
