Players take on the role of a brilliant scientist and powerful supervillain who uses genetic manipulation and N-Ray energy to create an army of superhuman Amazons. After failed attempts to overthrow world governments and reshape society, she joins forces with a superheroine to repel an alien invasion before taking control of ATOM. The game follows her efforts to develop new technologies and extend her influence over the world.
