Hokkaido (fan expansion for Ticket to Ride)

This unofficial fan-made expansion applies the core route-building rules to a map of Hokkaido, using train pieces and cards from a Ticket to Ride base game. Players claim routes, complete destination tickets, and compete for the most points. City Chance cards provide points for visiting specific locations or offer facilities that help complete tickets. The map includes air and shinkansen connections to Tokyo, along with special actions such as exchanging cards, replacing a hand, earning double points, and ending the game early when only three train pieces remain. End-game bonuses provide additional scoring opportunities.
