Hoplomachus: Beast & Master

A hex-based tactical combat game set in an ancient gladiatorial arena, where one to four players represent lost civilizations competing for Rome’s favor. Players draw and deploy gladiators, move them across the arena, use tactic chips, control crowd-favor spaces, and eliminate opposing champions. Champions begin inactive and defenseless, becoming combatants once the crowd supports them. This expansion adds a gladiator and beast for each of the five cities, introducing customizable Beastmaster teams. Players decide before each battle whether to include these units.
