House Flippers

Players buy, renovate, and sell properties while collecting rents to finance further investments. Each hourglass represents a property that generates periodic income, and players reinvest their profits in new opportunities, experts, or savings. There are no turns: everyone acts simultaneously, choosing when to collect rent, purchase and renovate a property, hire an expert, or grow their savings. The game condenses a lifetime of real-estate work into a short race toward financial independence.
