A twisted and engaging civilization whose presence benefits other players, creating opportunities as well as potential problems. It can turn the tables by stealing resources and forbidding combat in an awkward system. Its Cathedral starships are assembled from smaller ships and break apart when damaged or destroyed, creating tactical choices in play.
