A campaign supplement for 13th Age and the Parsantium setting, this book details fifteen influential figures who shape the cosmopolitan city and the lands beyond. Its icons include rulers, priests, arcane and martial leaders, and monstrous beings drawn from Byzantine, Arabian, Indian, Far Eastern, and traditional fantasy influences.
