Looks amazing, some aspects of the components could be better, but the overall quality is really impressive. I can't wait to try this with more than 2. It's random, but it's fun. I'm not sure I like it as much as I thought I would, but it was definitely enjoyable. Special powers seemed to have less impact than I imagined. Good cards are expensive, and only a few come up during one game, and not necessarily the powerful ones. Contrary to the general consensus, our group did not like the additional chaos and shift of focus (from energy cards) that Power Up! brought in. Still, it's lighthearted fun. Do heart (heal) dice work while I'm in Tokyo?

No — heart symbols you roll do not heal you while you are in Tokyo; you can only gain hearts there via Power cards or Wickedness tiles, and you cannot exceed 10 life. (page 6)

Who gets hit when I roll claws — everyone or only those in Tokyo/outside?

Claws wound depending on location: a monster in Tokyo wounds all monsters outside Tokyo, while a monster outside Tokyo wounds all monsters who are in Tokyo. (pages 6–7)

How many victory points do I get for three (or more) of a number on the dice?

Three-of-a-kind of 1, 2 or 3 gives you that many victory points (e.g., three 2s = 2 VP) and each additional matching die gives +1 VP; additionally, three 1s grant 2 Wickedness points and three 2s grant 1 Wickedness point (three 3s grant none). (page 5)

Do I have to go into Tokyo if it's empty?

Yes — if no one is in Tokyo you must enter Tokyo City (and in 5–6 player games, Tokyo Bay if City is occupied and Bay is empty); the first player must enter Tokyo City when that step occurs. (pages 6–7)

When can I Yield Tokyo — can I leave whenever I want?

You can only Yield Tokyo after you lose life as a result of another player's claws (smash); you cannot yield for other reasons. (pages 6–7)

Can I buy more than one Power card on my turn, and what does 'sweep' mean?

Yes — you may buy one or more of the three face-up cards as long as you pay their Energy costs, and you may spend 2⚡ to sweep (discard) all three and immediately reveal three new cards; you may continue buying or sweeping while you have enough Energy. (page 7)
