Leader 1

Players field teams of three cyclists—rouleur, climber and leader—and race them along modular hex tracks that include plains, rises, mountain passes and descents. Each rider has a base free movement determined by specialty and starting hex, then may buy additional movement by spending energy; play centers on managing those energy reserves to time breakaways and maintain position within or ahead of the peloton. Rules model slipstreaming, swaps, crashes and punctures to affect positioning and energy, while different track layouts simulate classic or stage race profiles.
