Lex Arcana
Set in 1229 AUC, the game takes place in a Roman Empire threatened by barbarian incursions, dangerous seas, and supernatural forces. Magic shapes diplomacy and warfare, while mythical creatures inhabit the wilderness. Players serve in the Cohors Arcana, a special cohort investigating paranormal events throughout the Empire and beyond its borders. Each player chooses a career such as Diplomat, Warrior, Scout, or Mage. Adventures focus on investigation and divination, with ritual magic and combat forming part of the challenges.
