This supplement introduces new evil Quabals and orders for a Gothic horror setting. Some serve the Red Death, some oppose it, and others remain unaware of its influence. Designed primarily for use as NPC factions, these groups include tortured figures who have sacrificed their humanity to pursue vengeance, love, or hatred.
