A setting supplement for science-fiction roleplaying games, this book details the commercial districts surrounding interstellar starports. It provides two methods for generating Startowns, along with tables for determining their character, business quality, local vice, and crowd density. Additional guidance covers kiosks, carts, vending machines, and other small enterprises. Encounter, adventure, and rumor tables help Referees create street-level situations and plot hooks during play. The minimalist, system-flexible rules are designed to support Cepheus Engine, the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game, and other compatible systems.
