A GMless storytelling game of brooding cosmic horror. Players create a slow-building mystery by contributing strange clues and unsettling details, while responsibility for portraying the central Witness passes around the group. The Witness faces terrifying events and reveals their thoughts and fears rather than solving the mystery or defeating enemies. The story develops toward a journey into darkness and a climactic horror scene, with players creating original monsters and a fresh supernatural mystery without a game master.
