An election-driven city-building expansion that adds new establishments, landmarks and player interaction. Players roll dice, activate income from cards, buy buildings and construct landmarks while competing for votes and resources. New cards introduce seafood, boats, an airport and other themed facilities that change earning patterns and create fresh tactical choices.
