Macuahuitl: Quickstart Rules
A Whitebox-style roleplaying game set in the ancient Aztec Empire. Players take the roles of eagle and jaguar warriors or Nahualli shamans, forming a party that raids enemy towns, captures foes for sacrifice, and encounters creatures from Aztec mythology. Captured enemies provide status points used for advancement. These quickstart rules present a bare-bones version of the system, with additional classes, spells, and other rules reserved for the complete edition.
