Merc: 2000
This 120-page supplement presents an alternate setting for Twilight: 2000 2nd Edition in which a nuclear holocaust has not destroyed civilization. It provides a chronology and background for the year 2000, along with character generation, equipment, vehicles, patrons, and rules for the referee. The book covers hiring halls, time, travel, encounters, new combat rules, opposing forces, and prices, with additional notes from the designers.
