Mesos: The Cave Promo
Ten promo Cave tiles that provide alternative rewards during each turn. Shuffle the tiles into a face-up stack beside the Turn Order tile. The first player to return their Totem may take the top Cave tile instead of the Turn Order bonus. Resolve it immediately or later, paying any required Food, then discard it; players cannot keep more than one Cave tile.
