They operate covertly, using advanced biotech and surgical techniques to manipulate and repurpose human bodies. The supplement provides game statistics for these creatures, descriptions of their common technologies, and three scenario seeds for integrating them into play. It also offers rules options for linking player character powers to the creatures, plus one new extra and one new advantage.
